Fish Oils and Rheumatoid Arthritis

There have been many reports of the anti-inflammatory and medical protective effects of fish oils.

In a recent study, patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis who took high dose fish oil supplements (greater than 2.7gms EPA plus DHA daily) had significantly less pain and swollen joints.

I believe this safe and effective treatment is worth trying in inflammatory arthritis!
