Stronger is Younger!

It makes sense that increased muscle mass in older individuals is associated with better health - seniors will be less likely to fall and injure themselves.

In a recent study this was confirmed by looking at muscle mass in seniors and following them for over 13 years. Those with the highest muscle mass had a significantly lower death rate.

So continue to exercise and lift weights. You will live longer and feel better!
